You will play a critical role in shaping our AI capabilities, developing ML models for use within our Enterprise Intelligence Platform. Knowledge of LLM’s, RAG and Agents would be beneficial.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, train, and deploy machine learning models for data analysis and predictionCollaborate with data engineers to design data pipelines for efficient model training and deploymentPerform data exploration, feature engineering, and data preprocessingOptimize model performance for scalability and accuracyUse NLP, deep learning, and traditional ML techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured dataValidate models using A/B testing and performance metricsCommunicate complex data insights and model results to- technical stakeholdersContribute to the design and evolution of our AI platform and product roadmapHave a product mindset, always looking for ways to improve our platform.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field, you should have a good grounding in regression and classification problems and the underlying theory.5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning rolesProficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas,- learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)Experience with NLP, deep learning, and predictive modelingStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data manipulationExperience building and deploying machine learning models in productionFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and MLOps toolsStrong- solving skills and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectivelyExperience with big data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Dask) is a plusExperience working with time series data and anomaly detection is a plusStartup experience is a plusWhat We OfferGround-floor opportunity to shape- driven AI solutions at a- growing startupWork alongside experienced founders and a driven teamCompetitive compensation + early equityRemote-friendly, flexible work culture
