Data Analyst (Machine Learning Focus)

• We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst (Machine Learning Focus) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our data science team to develop and deploy machine learning models, transform complex data into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
• About the Role
• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for data analysis and prediction
• Collaborate with data engineers to design data pipelines for efficient model training and deployment
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and data preprocessing
• Optimize model performance for scalability and accuracy
• Use NLP, deep learning, and traditional ML techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data
• Validate models using A/B testing and performance metrics
• Communicate complex data insights and model results to non-technical stakeholders

• Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with NLP, deep learning, and predictive modeling
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data manipulation
