Your Mission

Ensure that our clients receive the most accurate, relevant, and actionable forecasts—delivered on time, clearly explained, and tailored to their business needs. You will be part of a small, high-impact forecasting team working closely with data scientists, product engineers, and customers across Europe, the U.S., and India.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Ingest, clean, and structure customer data to prepare it for forecasting
  • Analyze forecast outputs, validate them against industry logic and trends
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of forecasts to all clients
  • Continuously monitor model performance and help push the boundaries of forecasting accuracy
  • Translate technical forecasts into clear, understandable business insights
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their planning needs and business goals
  • Document experiments, iterations, and customer-specific improvements
  • Proactively identify risks, outliers, or new opportunities in the data
  • Contribute to automation and process improvements to enhance team efficiency
  • Support the product team with structured feedback from customer use
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years experience in a management consultant, data analyst, BI, or applied statistics role
  • Strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex, real-world problems
  • Experience working with time series, forecasting, or econometric data
  • Solid skills in Python, R, or SQL — and a knack for fast data wrangling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Business intuition: you understand that numbers are only useful if they drive decisions
  • Bonus: experience with supply chains, pricing models, or industrial production data
