The Job. Our client is seeking a- driven and- oriented Data Scientist to join our AI tech startup. In this role, you will focus on uncovering- driven insights related to safety in the trucking industry. Key Responsibilities:Develop predictive models to identify drivers at higher risk of accidents or violations.Analyze driver behavior, vehicle data, and incident reports to identify unsafe patterns.Evaluate safety initiatives' impact on incident reduction and compliance.Design experiments and apply statistical techniques to validate safety programs.Collaborate with operations, compliance, and engineering teams to implement insights.Present findings to stakeholders with visualizations and reports. Why This Role Matters:. The candidate will analyze data to predict drivers likely to have accidents or violations, proactively managing risks. They will also assess the effectiveness of safety initiatives to foster a safety culture. The Profile. Qualifications:Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistics.Strong- solving skills and ability to communicate results to- technical stakeholders.
