• What You Will Be Doing
• Architect and implement cutting-edge AI automations that transform business processes, elevate productivity metrics, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions across multiple domains
• Pioneer applications of emerging AI technologies like GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, testing their boundaries and integrating them strategically into our development ecosystem
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of AI solution deployments across cloud infrastructures, with emphasis on AWS environments, to guarantee flawless performance and integration

• Writing code the old-fashioned way—our AI systems handle the coding grunt work, allowing you to focus on higher-level innovation and strategic direction

Machine Learning Specialist Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems capable of operating without human oversight, creating truly scalable solutions that multiply impact without proportionally increasing resource requirements

• Basic Requirements
• Demonstrated AI-First approach to problem-solving (candidates who view AI as a supplementary tool rather than the primary solution architect need not apply)
• Minimum 5-year track record in professional technical environments
• Advanced Python programming skills and comprehensive AWS platform knowledge
• Hands-on experience with leading GenAI coding assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
• Verifiable success stories implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact
• Proven expertise in utilizing various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) to address and solve complex business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
