- Job Description
- This is a remote position;
- Developing recommendation engines for a modern social collaboration platform owned by one of the biggest companies in Europe from scratch;
- Clear communication to stakeholders and team members about project status;
- Working with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions;
- Mine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development;
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques;
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets;
- Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences;
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes;
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy.
- Requirements
- Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development;
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets;
- Experience working with and creating data architectures;
- Good communication skills;
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques;
- Capacity to work and deliver on a deadline;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with working on a social media platform;
- Software development experience in JavaScript.
