• ???? Responsibilities :
• Contribute to shaping the Data Science department and technical vision.
• Maintain an overview of the full Data Science project portfolio, identifying opportunities to connect technical efforts and ensure consistency in quality and methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and sales teams to align technical solutions with client needs.
• Mentor and coach team members, promoting best practices in code quality, model development, and lifecycle management.
• Lead internal initiatives focused on knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and team cohesion.
• Support the career development of more junior team members.
• Oversee CI/CD processes for deployed solutions and participate in code and algorithm reviews.

???? Profile sought :

Education :

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

• Technical Skills :
• 3+ years of experience in Python, Data Science, and Machine Learning, with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of ownership across the full Data Science lifecycle: from conceptualization to implementation and stakeholder communication.
• Solid theoretical foundation combined with strong implementation skills.
• Experience supporting and connecting the work of Data Scientists with other development teams (e.g., Data Engineering, DevOps).
• Strong programming background, with a focus on best practices for building robust and maintainable solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with Recommendation Systems and/or Customer Journey Modelling in a B2B setting is a plus.
