Xcede is delighted to be working with a leading gaming company on the scale-up of their Data Science and Machine Learning Division.

The organization has an extensive digital data repository due to its large user base. They aim to leverage this data further, supported by their ambitious hiring plans.

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Science Manager—someone who combines expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Model Deployment, and leadership skills.

The primary goal of this unit is to facilitate and support the ML team's key projects, which may include customer personalization, recommendation engines, pricing algorithms, anti-fraud measures, marketing models, and A/B testing.

• Requirements:
• An academic background in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience as a data scientist appropriate to your level
• Experience in designing impactful machine learning models
• Experience in deploying models to production
• Proficiency in Python, demonstrated by writing production-quality code
• Ability to manage and guide team members

• Bonus Requirements:
• Experience in Deep Learning, including transformers
