• Role and Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 5-7 data scientists and ML engineers in building and deploying AI-powered solutions.
• Translate product needs into ML problems and oversee full-cycle model development - from data collection to production deployment.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model experimentation.
• Champion best practices in model selection, optimization, and MLOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and robust AI integrations.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous technical excellence.

• Job Requirements:
• Proven experience managing AI or data science teams.
• Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience delivering ML models into production.
• Solid proficiency in Python and knowledge of OOP principles.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices.
