Are you passionate about protecting data and driving privacy compliance in complex environments? ????

We’re looking for a Personal Data Protection Analyst to support daily GDPR-related activities and help embed Privacy by Design across a leading financial organisation.

???? What you’ll do:

???? Ensure project validation processes follow Privacy by Design principles

???? Support Project Managers with GDPR compliance in project lifecycle

???? Manage requests and queries via the CIB GDPR DESK inbox, including Data Subject Rights

???? Publish regular reporting and maintain a SharePoint dedicated to GDPR topics

???? Promote a privacy-first culture across teams and regions

???? Collaborate with 1LoD/2LoD stakeholders and share best practices across the data protection network

✅ What you bring:

✔️ 5+ years of experience in Data Privacy / GDPR

✔️ Strong academic or professional background in EU GDPR

✔️ Knowledge of other global privacy regulations is a plus

✔️ Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

✔️ Ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences

✔️ Proactive mindset and high attention to detail

✔️ Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional environments

✔️ Fluent in English (C1/C2)
