If you’re passionate about platform engineering and love being in the thick of coding, design, and leadership, we’d love to talk to you!What You’ll DoLead by Example: Be a- on technical leader, contributing clean, performant code and architectural insights to our Python-based data and backend systems.Build Smart Data Systems: Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines,- driven architectures, and- throughput systems using technologies like ClickHouse, Postgres, and Kafka (or equivalents).Enable AI-Powered Products: Develop and maintain data flows and backend services that power AI agents and analytics features — from feature stores to agent feedback loops.Expand and Mentor: Help grow a team of backend and data engineers.
