Proficiency in Python or R and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is essential.

A well-rounded understanding of ML/AI, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable the successful candidate to effectively collaborate with the team lead, support the Area Manager, and mentor junior team members. The ability to adapt to different roles as needed, whether guiding team members, supporting the Area Manager, or leading technical efforts, is also crucial.

The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on various projects, and will have opportunities to work with cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and grow professionally. Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and optimize Machine Learning (ML) models, Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, and Decision Support algorithms.
- Experiment with and apply cutting-edge methodologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and multi-agent systems to deliver innovative solutions.
- Act as a Tech Lead for complex projects, ensuring technical rigor and driving excellence in implementation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Data Scientists and AI Engineers, fostering their growth and development in collaboration with the current team lead.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Proven track record in developing and deploying ML/AI models in production environments.
- Broad expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning methods.
- Practical experience with advanced decision-support systems, optimization techniques, and real-time predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models, and multi-agent systems, while maintaining a strong foundation in classical ML/AI approaches.
- Proficiency in Python or R, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
