Drive Innovation in Data Science

The role of a Data Science Team Lead is to facilitate and enable the development of machine learning solutions, including customer personalisation, recommendation engines, pricing algorithms, anti-fraud algos, marketing models, and A/B tests.

Key responsibilities include managing team members, providing direction, and ensuring the successful deployment of machine learning models.

A strong academic background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, combined with commercial experience as a data scientist, is essential for this role.

• Bonus requirements include Recommendation System experience, PySpark expertise, and commercial Deep Learning experience.
• Manage & provide direction to team members.
• An academic background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science (or similar)
• A number of years of commercial experience as a data scientist appropriate to your grade.
• Commercial experience in designing impactful machine learning models
• Experience in helping to take these models to production / deployment
• Python expertise proven by writing production quality code
