Adecco Permanent Recruitment is looking for a talented Data Analytics Engineer (m/f) to join a highly regarded Portuguese law firm with an international footprint, advising medium to large corporations in Portugal and abroad.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to partner with the Finance, IT and Operations departments, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Automate data preparation and analytics workflows using Python.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Build and manage data pipelines in Azure Data Factory (preferred).
- Work with and transform large datasets in cloud environments, ideally using Databricks (preferred).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all deliverables.
- Document processes and share best practices within the team.
- Requirements
- Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard creation; experience with RLS is a plus.
- Strong SQL expertise for data querying and manipulation.
- Proficiency in Python (Spark experience is a plus).
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks is preferred.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
