Onboard Counterparties into Global Markets systems (From Front Office to Back Office) and making sure all BNP controls are applied and both risk and compliance rules and guidelines are followed
About The Job
The Referential Integration and Data Quality Analyst ´s main mission is to Improve the overall quality of Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI), while coordinating the implementation of controls, global policies and automations. Plus, coordination of all the projects within Referential team. Onboard Counterparties into Global Markets systems (From Front Office to Back Office) and making sure all BNP controls are applied and both risk and compliance rules and guidelines are followed
Your Main Activities Are
Implement and coordinate new controls in order to reduce the incidents and improve the quality of SSI stockEnsure the implementation within the SSI team of new global policies, such as Compliance, Operational Permanent Control and RegulatoryCoordinate the implementation of SSI automation processesContribute to and coordinate any project within Referential teamCoordinate and manage the onboarding of Counterparties in the Global Markets systems within our team perimeterCoordinate and manage the reports to allow the reconciliation of the active Counterparties in Global Markets SystemsContribute to KPI and provide visibility on the production on the team activityImplement the Callback process, reaching out to BNP Paribas clients by phone, in order to confirm the SSIs by ensuring the information provided by email is accurate and secure the client details, decreasing the risk of cash incidents and fraud attempts
Profile And Skills To Success
Bachelor´s degree in Economics, Finance and AccountingFluency in English, both oral and writtenAt least 3 years of experience in Banking and Financial OperationsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly in ExcelAbility to collaborate with othersAttention to detail and analytical abilityAbility to manage and facilitate a meetingAbility to manage a project with a results driven mindset
