Your Mission

As an Operations Intern at kpk, you will play a key role in supporting our asset management and operational excellence teams. You’ll contribute to on-chain data collection, analysis, and research that directly supports decision-making in treasury and risk management. This is a unique opportunity to learn by doing in the fast-moving DeFi ecosystem while gaining exposure to operational workflows at a market leader in on-chain asset management.

• Key Responsibilities
• Collect, structure, and analyse on-chain data to support operational and risk management processes.
• Conduct research on protocols, market trends, and operational best practices in DeFi.
• Assist the Ops team in monitoring and maintaining operational dashboards and internal reporting tools.
• Contribute to risk assessment frameworks by identifying and documenting potential risks.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver high-quality outputs aligned with team priorities.
• Engage in weekly check-ins, provide progress updates, and reflect on your learning journey.

About Us

• Requirements:
• Background in data analytics (students or recent graduates in economics, finance, engineering, or related fields are encouraged).
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Dune Analytics is a strong plus.
• Genuine interest in DeFi and willingness to continuously learn.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, transparent, and organised mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Availability to commit 20 to 30 per week for a 6-month paid internship.
