As Data Analytics & AI Senior Manager, you will drive a fast-growing global pillar that impacts over 140,000 people across 6 countries in 3 continents. Your mission is to turn complex workforce data into actionable strategies, helping leaders make smarter decisions, enhancing employee experiences, and shaping the future of work worldwide.

  • WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Define and execute of the HR Analytics strategy, aligned with global HR and business priorities.
  • Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of analytics professionals.
  • Build and scale advanced analytics and AI solutions to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, employee experience, and diversity & inclusion.
  • Partner with HR leadership and global business units to deliver solutions with measurable impact.
  • Ensure governance, scalability, and ethical use of AI across all analytics initiatives.
  • Promote data literacy and strengthen a global data-first culture within HR.
  • WHO YOU ARE
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, and AI transformation (global or large-scale organizations preferred).
  • Proven track record in leading analytics teams and scaling advanced capabilities.
  • High proficiency in SQL, Python, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and modern data science workflows.
  • Strong expertise in machine learning models, AI applications, and large language models (LLMs).
  • Skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in HR or people analytics is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
  • Passionate about using AI responsibly to shape the future of work and empower organizations.
