Job Title: Procurement Data Analyst
Location: Portugal based
Work Regime: Full-time & Remote

• Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Updating dashboards and KPI reports on a weekly and monthly basis;
• Supporting the monitoring of action plans and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Managing supplier data, including approval and update processes;
• Coordinating processes related to undelivered orders;
• Performing various operational tasks, as required by the team.

Requirements

• Mandatory Requirements:
• Strong command of Excel and familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI or equivalents;
• Analytical profile, attentive to detail and focused on information quality;
• Proactivity and ability to work independently;
• Knowledge of ERP systems, with experience in SAP and Coupa being an advantage;
• Good communication skills;
• Good knowledge of English is an asset;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally in roles related to purchasing.
