• What you’ll do:
• Explore, clean and model data; build dashboards and simple data pipelines
• Train and evaluate ML models (e.g., regression/classification) with guidance
• Prototype AI/LLM use cases (prompting, RAG, evaluation)
• Contribute to documentation, testing and data quality checks
• Collaborate in Agile squads across engineering, product and business

• What you bring:
• Recent graduate in IT, Telecommunications, Bioengineering or similar
• Programming skills: Python & SQL (Pandas/NumPy; basics of Git)
• Understanding of core ML concepts; curiosity for GenAI/LLMs
• Data viz familiarity (Power BI/Tableau)
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
• Growth mindset, ownership, and teamwork

Nice to have (bonus): scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Spark/Databricks, Azure (Data/ML), dbt/Airflow, LangChain or similar.
