Data & Programming Analyst – Working Student

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days remote)

Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours) or Part-time (25–35 hours/week)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Global Quality team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support data analytics and programming efforts to improve decision-making and enhance our quality management systems. You’ll work hands-on with SQL, Python, Power BI, and dashboard deployment in a real-world, global business environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze data. Create insights and reports that support quality initiatives.
  • Dashboard Development: Build interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize key metrics and trends. Ensure clarity and usability.
  • Programming & Automation: Write Python scripts to automate data workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Quality Data Management: Support the maintenance and enhancement of data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, provide solutions, and clearly communicate insights.

Your Qualifications

Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation
  • Strong Python skills for data processing and automation
  • Experience creating dashboards in Power BI
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis or machine learning
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards
