- Key Responsibilities*
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and pipelines into production environments
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software engineers to integrate ML solutions into products
- Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring performance and accuracy over time
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders
- Drive best practices for model lifecycle management, including versioning, monitoring, and retraining
- Stay current with developments in machine learning and MLOps
- Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
- Proven experience deploying ML models into production using Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or similar)
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch,
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and CI/CD practices
- Experience with cloud platform
- Proficient in SQL and working with large-scale datasets
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
