Senior Project Manager / Senior Business Data Analyst
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager / Senior Business Data Analyst to join our Loan Solutions team and play a key role in driving impactful data projects.
This role is about ensuring project success, boosting innovation, and building robust governance frameworks — with a special focus on the Data Nexus project.
What you'll do:
Support operations by developing and maintaining analytical tools and reporting (e.G. Power BI dashboards).
Partner with IT teams to design efficient, automated data architectures (ETLs).
Build and maintain controls and KPIs to ensure data quality.
Deliver insights and recommendations through reports for management and operational teams.
Develop creative approaches to prevent data errors, leveraging logs mining, data science, and AI.
Collaborate on defining and spreading strong data governance practices.
Lead, coordinate, and implement transversal projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget are met.
Contribute to change management strategies and continuous improvement within the Loan Solutions scope.
Technical skills you'll bring:
Expert: Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL (T-SQL), ETL/ELT/API, Python or similar.
Practice: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric.
Language skills:
English – Expert

Experience in Investment & Wholesale Banking (Debt Capital Markets – Loans) is a plus.
