- Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to frame business problems and define ML-driven solutions
- Extract actionable insights using data science, classical machine learning, and generative AI
- Develop, implement, and automate data science and ML models and pipelines including feature generation, modeling, evaluation, retraining, and deployment
- Translate analytical findings and model outcomes into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative AI/ML solutions
- Conduct research on the latest Data Science, ML, and AI developments to improve systems
- Document processes, code, and findings for knowledge sharing
- Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience solving data science and machine learning problems
- Proven ability to frame business problems and design ML-driven solutions with analytical focus
- Expertise in Python and SQL with experience in Scikit-learn, Pandas, and PyTorch
- Deep understanding of statistical and ML algorithms including deep learning and Large Language Models
- Strong experience applying statistical concepts such as regressions, A/B tests, clustering, and probability
- Expertise in storytelling with data and familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Streamlit
- Excellent English communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proven collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams
- Nice to have
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
