We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a Lead Data Scientist.

  • Your Mission Will Be
  • Develop and optimize Machine Learning models with a focus on NLP, Generative AI and Computer Vision;
  • Implement MLOps pipelines for model automation and scalability;
  • Work with cloud platforms (Azure and GCP) for solution development and deployment;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate models into real-world products;
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance of models in production.
  • You Will Need
  • +5 years of experience with Python and libraries such as: TensorFlow; PyTorch; Transformers; Langchain; Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAi;
  • Proven experience in NLP, Deep Learning Models and Computer Vision;
  • Strong knowledge of MLOps and the full lifecycle of ML models;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
  • CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
