• To strengthen our team, we are looking for a **Data Analyst (M/F)**.
• *RESPONSIBILITIES**:

• - Collect, process and analyse large volumes of data to extract actionable insights.
• - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics.
• - Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions.
• - Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic decision-making.
• - Ensure data integrity and quality through validation and cleansing processes.
• - Use data visualisation tools to present insights clearly and concisely.
• *REQUIREMENTS**:

• - Higher education in Statistics, Maths, Computer Science, Engineering or related areas.
• - At least 2 years' experience in data analysis or similar roles.
• - Solid knowledge of SQL and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• - Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python.
• - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• *DESIRABLE SKILLS**:

- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modelling techniques.
- Experience with big data and data processing tools such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proactivity and results-orientated.
