PSP
provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all
industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader
Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and
Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real
Estate Valuation).

Your mission:

As part of our Data Innovation team, we’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst
with skills in automation platforms (low-code tools such as Alteryx) and
Business Intelligence platforms (such as Power BI). In this role, you will help
design and build automation workflows to streamline financial audit processes,
working closely with auditors to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Be part of our team where you will:
  • Collaborate with the audit team to understand business needs
  • and translate them into automated workflows.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation processes using
  • Alteryx or other technology.
  • Assist in developing reusable workflows and reporting templates
  • to standardize audit processes.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for automation and
  • process improvement across audit engagements.
  • Build and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI to
  • deliver insights from audit data.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with audit
  • requirements.
  • Share knowledge and support auditors in adopting automation
  • tools and BI solutions.

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, finance,
  • accounting, information systems, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of low-code tools (preferably Alteryx) and business
  • intelligence tools (Power BI is a plus).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in analysis.
  • Excel in data analysis & reporting.
  • Critical thinking and ability to identify data trends and
  • anomalies.
  • A basic understanding of accounting or finance principles.
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work
  • collaboratively with business teams.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, methods, and
  • technologies.
