Job Purpose

Analyse media coverage using the company’s monitoring platforms to obtain valuable insights for clients. Take responsibility for the quality of the final report, ensuring compliance with high-quality standards. Continuously improve the reporting process and overall efficiency to support the company’s objectives and client requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analysis and Reporting
  • Accountability for delivered work: Take full responsibility for the final quality of reports, ensuring they meet client standards and expectations.
  • Media content analysis: analyse media content to extract relevant insights that support clients’ business goals.
  • High-quality reporting: Produce qualitative and quantitative client reports of high quality within tight deadlines. Include tables, charts, summaries, and narratives to clearly present findings.
  • Continuous improvement of reports: Seek feedback from managers to continually improve the reporting process.
  • Continuous improvement of workflow: Work consistently on enhancing the reporting process to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Additional Duties
  • Policy compliance: Adhere to CARMA’s policies and procedures, supporting the company’s mission and vision.
  • Perform other job-related tasks assigned by direct management.

Job Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related field.
  • Experience
  • Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar role (including data analysis or market research) within marketing studies, media intelligence, or consulting firms.
  • Experience in market research, analysis of exposure in traditional and social media.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and/or dashboards, Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, etc.
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative reporting.
