Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.
- Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines and ETL processes
- Lead the development of advanced data transformation solutions using Python
- Implement and optimize data models with focus on star schema architecture
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Data Engineers
- Contribute directly to project delivery with hands-on coding and implementation
- Hard Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python required
- Experience with data modeling techniques, particularly star schema design
- Proven ability to create and maintain complex data pipelines
- Working knowledge of CI/CD processes for data applications
- Fluency in English (preferred)
- About you:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering or related technical field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with data engineering and analytics projects
- Strong technical leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with data-intensive applications
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation capability
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data challenges
- Experience working with agile methodologies
