  • What You'll do:
  • Specify, implement and evolve Business Intelligence (BI) solutions;
  • Ingest and analyze data from multiple sources using BI tools, mainly Power BI;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional data teams, working across backend and frontend components;
  • Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports;
  • Manage the full data lifecycle: collection, cleansing, transformation and visualization;
  • Test and validate data pipelines to ensure data quality, robustness and security;
  • Support data-driven decision-making by delivering clear insights and visualizations;
  • Hybrid Work Model.
  • Who You Are:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BI solution design and implementation;
  • Hands-on experience with: Power BI (advanced level);Data ingestion and analytics workflows;
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary data teams;
  • Advanced knowledge of: Data visualization and reporting tools (especially Power BI); Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL;
  • Strong understanding of: Data collection, processing, transformation and visualization; Dashboard design best practices, Data pipeline testing and validation;
  • Bachelors degree (mandatory);
  • Certifications in BI / Data Analytics technologies (nice to have);
  • Portuguese – fluent (mandatory);
  • English – fluent (spoken and written).
