We are looking for a Data Scientist with a strong passion for AI and Generative AI to join a dynamic and innovative team working on cutting-edge AI / ML solutions.

With 3+ years of hands-on experience , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced AI models that address real-world business challenges in a large, complex environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions
  • Fine-tune and extend Large Language Models (LLMs) (open-source and commercial)
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering
  • Develop Generative AI models for content creation, automation, and innovation
  • Apply traditional ML techniques (decision trees, SVMs, clustering, neural networks)
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure solution quality through testing, validation, and performance evaluation
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation for knowledge sharing
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning , or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in AI and Machine Learning development
  • Strong expertise in Generative AI (training, fine-tuning, deployment)
  • Experience with LLMs (open-source and commercial)
  • Hands-on experience with RAG techniques and vector databases
  • Advanced Python skills
  • Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
  • Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and architectures
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Language Skills
  • English – mandatory B2
  • Willingness to learn French
  • French fluency is a plus
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering
  • Understanding of ethical AI and model interpretability
