THE ROLE

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (Early Career) to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of data and analytics projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone recently graduated or currently finishing a degree and ready to work full-time.

You’ll work closely with other PMs and cross-functional teams to learn our ways of working, contribute to project documentation, and ensure smooth communication between technical and business stakeholders. From early on, you’ll have the opportunity to lead smaller, well-scoped initiatives or workstreams with guidance, and over time you’ll take ownership of larger projects—facilitating ceremonies, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet our quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Your First 6 Months:
  • Understand our ways of working and adapt to it
  • Lead a small project end-to-end (or a client workstream), with mentoring and clear escalation paths
  • Support requirement gathering with clients and internal stakeholders (clarifications, documentation, scope alignment)
  • Learn about our projects and provide feedback on learning opportunities
  • Work transversal with other PMs to get familiar on Business Language and procedures
  • Identify lack of documentation needed to acquire the knowledge needed and provide support
  • Complete the training in the specific areas identified upon your hiring
  • Shadow other PMs and prepare yourself to lead a new project
  • 6 - 12 Months:
  • Level up what you did on the first 6 months
  • Start leading a project
  • Lead internal sessions of Refinement, Retrospectives and Design Thinking
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Early-career profile: recent graduate or currently studying toward a degree (final year / thesis stage), with full-time availability
  • Background in Management,Finance,Economics or similar
  • Client-facing mindset: able to engage with clients, build rapport, and gather/clarify requirements (ask the right questions, confirm scope, and align expectations)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Being familiar with Waterfall and Agile Methodologies;
  • Critical thinker who is open to challenges;
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to handle extensive documentation at the start;
  • Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • What can be a plus?
  • Familiar working with Data Projects
  • Knowing what SQL is and having some experience or at least being eager to learn
  • PMI, Scrum and Kanban certifications
