We are looking for a Data Scientist with experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, specialized in the development, training, and optimization of Transformer-based models and Large Language Models. You will play a central role in building advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions, from applied research to production deployment.
- Responsibilities
- Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
- Implement and adapt Transformer models for different use cases
- Work with Large Language Models and NLP pipelines
- Build efficient and reproducible data pipelines
- Implement distributed training strategies and performance optimization
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams
- Document technical solutions and share best practices
- Stay up to date with trends and advancements in AI and LLMs
- Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
- Practical experience developing Transformer models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- Experience using frameworks such as HuggingFace Transformers, DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM, FSDP, or similar
- Proven experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, Cohere, or equivalents
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Nice to Have
- Experience with fine-tuning and instruction tuning of LLMs
- Experience with RAG and vector databases
- Experience in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
