AUTOMAISE is based in Braga, Portugal and is developing an Automated Machine Learning platform to build productivity solutions for Operations and Customer Care. We offer a no-code/low-code platform that enables brands to automate complex processes within incredibly short timeframes, helping organizations supercharge digital transformation strategies.
Job Overview:
We're looking for a Generative AI Analyst with a focus on enhancing our chatbot and voicebot solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving AI interactions and making digital communication feel more human. You'll work on refining the conversational abilities of our AI by testing, iterating, and optimizing prompts and knowledge bases.
- What you’ll do:
- Iteratively fine-tune GenAI prompts and parameters and adjust knowledge bases to enhance conversation quality and user experience.
- Perform quality analysis of chatbot interaction logs, prompts, enabling continuous improvement of conversational accuracy and user experience.
- Apply basic Python skills for data analysis and solutions testing.
- Collaborate with the AI team to implement changes that improve bot performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough testing of our chatbot and voicebot solutions to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze user feedback and interaction data to guide your optimization efforts.
- Ensure our bots' language capabilities are inclusive, accurate, and culturally relevant, with particular emphasis on Portuguese and English.
- What we’re looking for:
- 2 years minimum of experience in a data analyst role and an academic degree in a Computer Science field, Mathematics or Statistics.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and their strengths/limitations.
- Ability to design, test, and iterate prompts systematically.
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles (e.g., role prompting, chain-of-thought structuring, few-shot examples, and evaluation strategies).
- Basic knowledge of Python for data handling and analysis.
- Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across different departments.
- Passion for AI and a user-centric approach to technology development.
- Basic understanding of APIs is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with chatbot or voicebot platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent command of Portuguese and English.
