Your key responsibilities will include: /ppbr/ppDeveloping and implementing data science solutions, including generative AI and machine learning models. /ppCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making. /ppAutomating routine tasks and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative data solutions. /ppDesigning and deploying novel approaches to underwriting, pricing risk, and supporting claims functions. /ppUtilizing public and private data sources, models, and cloud services to generate actionable insights. /ppCommunicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions. /ppQualifications /ppbr/ppTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: /ppbr/ppProven experience with a range of data science and generative AI tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies. /ppStrong understanding of statistics to systematically assess AI/ML models. /ppFamiliarity with generative AI and its applications. /ppProficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of code quality and version control practices. /ppExperience working in an Agile environment. /ppA proactive mindset focused on prototyping, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement. /ppExcellent communication skills, with the ability to champion suitable methods and engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders. /ppDay-to-Day /ppbr/ppYour typical day as a Data Scientist will involve: /ppbr/ppCollaborating with team members to design and develop data science solutions. /ppWriting and testing Python code to build and refine machine learning models. /ppEngaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights that inform business decisions. /ppExperimenting with generative AI tools to explore innovative solutions. /ppParticipating in Agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project delivery. /ppContinuously learning and staying updated on the latest advancements in data science and AI. /ppbr/ppIf you are ready to make an impact and contribute to a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you! /p
