Location: Hybrid - Lisbon or Porto (3 days in the office per week)

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and monitoring reports.
• Take ownership of the umbrella monitoring platform and its integration with other IT tools such as CMDB and ticketing systems.
• Regularly update and optimize monitoring plugins to ensure seamless system performance.
• Assist new users in onboarding the umbrella monitoring platform, providing training and support.
• Participate in development tasks, including system testing and the creation of technical documentation.
• Collaborate with software vendors and third-party providers to address bugs, feature requests, and improvements.

• Required Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Network Operations Engineer or in a similar role focused on monitoring infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic (ELK) for system implementation and usage.
• Strong scripting abilities (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate tasks and workflows.
• Experience programming plugins for monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, openITCOCKPIT).
• Extensive experience working with Linux-based systems and command-line administration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with monitoring operations.
• Background in Network Operations, administration, and troubleshooting.
