Join our Team

About this opportunity

Join our team as a Network Engineer Intern and play a vital role in the analysis, audit, design, and optimization of telecom networks. Leverage your Radio technical knowledge to enhance network performance from the initial engagement and pre-sales phase through to service delivery and acceptance.

• You’ll get the opportunity to
• Gain hands-on experience with all radio standards including GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 5G NR, and 5G SA.
• Utilize Ericsson's analytics solutions involving automation, AI, and ML tools.
• Collaborate with the optimization team to analyze key network performance metrics.
• Identify and troubleshoot network performance issues such as dropped calls, poor signal quality, and coverage gaps.

• Key skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to assist in network optimization.
• Some experience with Power BI and SQL.
• Enthusiasm for identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages, such as Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and team collaboration.
• A proactive approach to learning and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest advancements in telecommunications technology.
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English for effective communication.
• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
