About the Role:

The Global Corporate Office Network Service team manages the internal corporate office networks for over 200 locations at TN Portugal. This position is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data network services in SAP's Internal Corporate Network.

• We are looking for an experienced network engineer with a solid understanding of various network technologies, focusing on global remote access (GRA) using a combination of on-premises hardware and cloud-based solutions. Your primary tasks include designing, deploying, operating, reporting, and continuously improving remote access solutions using managed service providers.
• Coordinate the operation, installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of remote access equipment using third-party implementation staff.
• Ensure compliance of network infrastructure to global standards.
• Develop and report useful metrics to judge platform and provider performance.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the design and operations of network services, including cloud-based Palo Alto Networks solutions (Global Protect) and on-premises implementations (F5).

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade VPN solutions tailored for end-users.
• Operate, manage, and troubleshoot complex network environments.
• Collaborate with other peer technology teams as needed, working with global teams to investigate and evaluate new network technologies.
