Job Description

• As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist at TN Portugal, you will play a key role in ensuring the operational condition of our infrastructure components, including networks, and architecture supporting private and public cloud environments.
• Main Responsibilities
• Operational maintenance: acknowledgment and execution of actions listed in the service catalog, such as setting up VPNs, deploying VMs, updating OS, configuring network devices, and managing resource updates.
• Independent execution: acquire the ability to perform key tasks autonomously, contributing to the stability and performance of the infrastructure.
• Automation and optimization: identify repetitive actions that can be automated, develop scripts, and propose solutions to streamline processes, in collaboration with your direct manager.
• Continuous improvement: ensure the infrastructure's reliability through proactive management and updates, and provide useful insights to enhance operational workflows.
