AXA Group Operations Initiates One Network Program

AXA Group Operations is launching a One Network program to drive digital transformation, enhance user connectivity experience, and mitigate cyber risks.

The Network Security & Services product line is responsible for VPN, Firewalling, Web Gateway, and Network services products.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Define, advertise, and deliver sustainable, robust, and secured solutions in collaboration with Group Security, CTO, and One Network Program.
  • Contribute to medium- to long-term product evolution and continuous improvement.
  • Manage advisory, selection, design, secure build & integration for products in scope.
  • Facilitate communications and interactions between functional groups, AXA IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors.
  • Ensure QOS delivery and support of solutions.
  • Provide high expertise support on products and services.

  • Functional Experience:
  • Leadership: Exhibits strong results orientation, change leadership, adaptability, and the ability to drive collaborative behavior.

  • Openness and reaching out: Strong human relationship skills, exhibit curiosity, and can see opportunities in situations, not just problems.
  • International profile: A proven ability to work effectively in an international environment.
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Strong experience in driving large architecture, standardization & transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the Network technology and market practices (competition landscape, technology trends) with very good/established level of expertise.
  • Must have strong expertise in Network & Cloud design patterns, Security solutions & IT infrastructure best practices.
  • Experience in managing Network Security products, SASE, VPN (Cisco, F5), Firewalling (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, Algosec), Web gateways (McAfee), Segmentation technologies and identity services.
  • Experience in managing Network Services products destined for DDI, NAC, Monitoring.
  • Must have Network Automation skills.
  • University degree (engineer profile) with +8 years' experience in Network Domain in an international and Matrix organization.
  • Must exhibit a strong understanding of today's Network and infrastructure challenges and trends, mostly at Infrastructure and Technical levels.
  • Established and demonstrably productive technical relationships with major IT vendors.
  • Strives for excellence with deliverables of high quality and ability to work in tight planning.
