Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing L2 support for all requests on networking topics in consideration of SLA's.

You will be part of a dynamic team that works collaboratively to achieve common goals. Your primary focus will be on providing support services in alignment to ITIL.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies, as well as network security technologies such as firewalls, secure internet gateways, and network authentication protocols.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Cisco Switches, Wireless controllers, ISE, DNAC, and Barracuda CloudGen firewalls

- Basic knowledge in Microsoft server, Linux server, and VMWare virtualization technologies

- Experience with Network Management tools (Network monitoring, IPAM, Netflow, Zscaler)

- Requirement Profile You have experience in a similar network operations service role (service desk, daily operations, and project-related tasks)
