As a Network Engineering Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support services for Cisco hardware and software products worldwide via phone, email, web, and remote access for Service Provider infrastructures.

You will act as a trusted advisor for our customers, conduct in-depth research on technical topics, and engage in technical discussions with product development and engineering teams.
