At Jolera, we strive to provide exceptional managed services to our clients. As a Senior Systems Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering best-in-class resolutions for our customers and their employees/members.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies and business applications, with proficiency in English and Deutsch. They will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and managing network devices, as well as providing escalation support to the operations team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer requests in a timely manner
- Provide technical support for deployed network devices
- Escalate high-profile issues to the management team for appropriate handling and routing
- Recommend upgrades and changes to customer systems to ensure stability, security, and added functionality
- Perform system modifications and reboots as approved by RFC
- Requirements:
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma
- 5+ years of experience in a support services environment working with technology/systems departments
- Proficiency in English and Deutsch
- Demonstrated strong working knowledge of networking technologies and business applications
