The Role:

This position involves troubleshooting network-related issues, managing network service providers and equipment, and providing capacity analysis and planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on skills for Cisco IOS-XE and experience with implementations of solutions involving large data centers and inter-business routing plans.

• What You'll Do:
• Troubleshoot network-related issues and communicate with customers
• Manage network service providers and equipment
• Provide capacity analysis and planning

• Requirements:
• Experience in medium to large networks, IP Routing, Switching, and Security principles
• Demonstrate knowledge of platform operating systems (router platforms, LAN, WAN, and router protocols) MPLS, OSPF, and BGP, and how they interact with the network
• Excellent communications, both oral and written

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Telecommunications experience - VoIP, RTP, SIP peering/trunking and SBC
• Knowledge of Linux network functions; SaaS/Cloud-based software environment
