Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to customers and partners within the data center routing and switching domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in common routing and switching protocols, as well as experience with Cisco Nexus switches running in NX-OS mode.
About the Role

  • The Data Center Support Engineer will be part of the TAC team and will work closely with colleagues in other technology teams to solve issues in network environments. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving incidents, collaborating with engineering teams to improve product quality, and participating in trainings and rotations between different teams.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study or more than one year of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of common routing and switching protocols at a level equivalent to CCNP or greater.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internal resources.
