- Design and develop a robust transport network that efficiently moves vehicles across the UK, Germany, and Spain.
- Analyse and optimize route planning to ensure cost-effectiveness, speed, and reliability.
- Work closely with transport companies and logistics partners to ensure operational excellence and maintain high service levels.
- Utilise data analytics to monitor performance, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the transport network, and support the implementation of solutions.
