The position involves managing and monitoring incidents on fiber optic networks, coordinating with the maintenance team, and supervising corrective actions and incident resolution. You will also provide technical and operational support to the NOC, assist in blocking technical issues, and help resolve incidents. Additionally, you will perform analysis, notification, and validation tasks.
We are looking for a professional with a degree in Engineering from a reputable school, 4-5 years of work experience, and at least 2 years of experience in similar functions. Fluency in French (B1, B2, or higher) is mandatory, as well as knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure, analysis, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential, along with a dynamic, proactive, and rigorous profile.
