TN Portugal is seeking a Network Engineering Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be working closely with our customers to provide expert-level technical support and guidance on complex networking issues.

• Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing top-level technical support for router and switch architecture (both hardware and software).
• Applying analytical skills and technical knowledge to troubleshoot, debug, and tackle product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.
• Engaging in cross-technology collaborations to help tackle issues in heterogeneous network environments.
