Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will design, deploy, and manage complex digital networks.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in similar roles and at least 3 years of experience in the Portuguese Market. They will also possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and be able to mentor junior professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, and manage complex digital networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN);

2. Install and configure software, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, appliances, and other network devices;

3. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation detailing full network topology;

4. Interpret IT projects and validate their implementations in the field;

5. Solve network issues on-premises or public cloud infrastructures escalated from L1 or L2 support levels;

6. Automate tasks and monitor their efficiency;

7. Ensure advanced comprehension of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF);

8. Utilize strong knowledge of network operating systems (e.g., Cisco IOS) and experience with Cisco Meraki technologies;

9. Conduct Wi-Fi site surveys and implement SD-WAN and SASE architectures;

10. Apply basic knowledge of Cisco collaborative solutions, such as Cisco Call Manager;

11. Implement Network Access Control (NAC) solutions when applicable.

• Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles;
• At least 3 years of experience in the Portuguese Market (Mandatory);
• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (preferred);
• Ability to mentor junior professionals;
• Results-oriented, proactive, and autonomous;
• Fluency in English or French (mandatory at least one).
