We are looking for a talented NOC Engineer to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our Front Office Network Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless network operations and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include first/second-tier support of failures on platforms/services, addressing internal/external support requests, escalating complex incidents, and maintaining a repository of documentation and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in telecom engineering or computer science, proven experience in CORE/RAN network troubleshooting, and knowledge of network protocols such as SS7, MAP, SIP, CAP, ISUP, DIAMETER, and IoT ecosystems.
