As a highly motivated and skilled Networking Technician, you will contribute to our mission by designing and optimizing network infrastructures, troubleshooting performance issues, and providing exceptional technical support.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in networking technologies, with a proven track record of configuring wired and wireless networks for multiple devices. You should have excellent knowledge of LAN/VLAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies. Additionally, hands-on experience with common software and hardware is required.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Design VLAN and WLAN network deployment plans suitable for different types of existing infrastructure.
• Perform network performance troubleshooting, identifying bottlenecks to ensure the efficiency of the services provided.
• Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement.
• Provide technical customer support to ensure service availability.
• Collaborate with our customers' IT department and support network installation and validation.
• Source & Validate network hardware equipment (Routers, Switches, Access points, etc.) suitable for different solutions.
• Regular visits to our customers' facilities.
• Collaborate with the teams responsible for installing and configuring the network.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve our internal solutions.
